We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments or a late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for a consultation and pre-purchased single treatment, and for pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series. Galina Kerr's services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment and 10 minutes prior to your routine appointment to allow yourself to unwind, have a refreshing beverage and allow time to check in. You must complete all the forms sent to you via phone or email address prior to your scheduled appointment. The failure to do so will reduce the time of your treatment. Clients without the completed forms, won't be terated.
Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer a full experience. Late arrivals will not receive an extension and will reduce the time of your treatment.
Cash. Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Debit cards. We don’t accept personal checks or money orders.
Our services do not include gratuity. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
All prices are subject to change at any time, and without notice.
No returns. Refunds are available for other Galina Kerr services and Galina Kerr credit of equal value.
